Default So I conjured up an RM08G for my L mount...

What color tritium's do I need
to show up best through the
    glass?

I have tried green, but I was
    not surprised that they were
    somewhat subdued through
    the coating.

    Thanks!

    John

It been a day and someone more knowledgable than me hasn't chimed in.

I dont believe there is any way for you to change the tritium in your RMR.

Are you speaking of the supressor sights?

Yes. The suppressor sights that I
am going to add to my L mount
    with the RM08G.

My thought on this is that the glass
is coated optimize the reflection of
green back to the eye. I want my
night sights to be a visible as possible.
Just wanted to see if anyone had the
technical background to be able to
determine the optimal color of the
    night sights for this application.

All of my night sights I have are
green so that's all I can look at,
    at home.

I tested my green truglo's through my
RMR today, in a dark room. The front
sight was mildly dimmer than the rears,
so I ordered some green trijicons today.

    Later!
