First day of strength training
Squats: 115x5x3
Press: 70x5x3
Deadlift: 195x5
My routine for the first two weeks will be this:
A: Squat, Press, Deadlift
B: Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift
Then I'll add in power cleans and change the programming to this:
A: Squat, Press, Deadlift
B: Squat Bench Press, Power Clean
I went pretty conservatively for the weight, since I still need work on form. I'll post numbers once a week. Also, I need to bring some headphones with me next time. Good lord, who the hell wants to listen to pop music when strength training??
