    hehe Indeed.

    Was just at the gym a little bit ago and did a legit double take at the squat rack... i put a plate on each side for warm up and as soon as I stood up it felt so light that I double checked to make sure I put 45s and not something smaller on. I really did have 45's on there lol. I laughed at myself. Guess I am getting stronger.

    So its been just over 6 months since I started going to the gym... Today I was standing on a reach truck forklift and looked up at the over head grate that protects the driver if something falls and wondered to myself... So I reached up and grabbed a hold of it and tried to do a pull up. Much to my surprised all over the sudden my chin was up over the bar! It wasn't all the way to my chest but it mostly was lol. Not bad for some how still weighing 250lbs lol. I have dropped almost 2 pants sizes though; I could even go down a shirt size if I wanted except there is no way I could conceal anything with out blatant printing lol.
