    I should add that I do 500m row for my warm-up before every workout on max resistance, I've been running right at 2 mins.

    Leg day.

    Hip Thrusts 5x3 135#
    Quad Extensions 5x3 120#
    Hammy Curls 5x3 90#
    I did what I call the "sex machines" for groins, abductors, and glutes verried weights and reps. Squeezing I did 90# 5x3, spreading I did 80 5x3
    Single leg press 80# 10x3 each leg.
    Step ups on 18" 5 per side
    calves 280# 10x3

    Dumbbell/Barbell close hand incline superset, 35s and 60#, 10x3
    low cable fly, 15# 3x10
    incline dumbbell fly 12.5# 10x3
    KB swings 14.5kg, 10x5 each side
    KB pancake press 20x3
    Decline cable flys 25# 10x2 last set to muscle failure (somewhere between 10 and 20)

    Did all back Thursday. I got too busy to note it yesterday and there was too much to remember for reps and weights. Like arms my upper back can go all day.
