    So the goal was to get down to about 170 but my body is fighting me. I'm leaning up but I'm just shy of 190#, it's like my body wants me to be bigger. So, why fight it. I'm going to cut booze for a month or so to speed me leaning out but I'm already getting striation and vascularity so I should be popping in a few weeks.

    Did all upper back today to the point I could hardly reach my shoes on top of the locker after my shower.

    Leg day (yes I know I say skip it but ya gotta).

    500m sprint row under 2 min.

    Pelvic thrusts with 135# barbell, 3x10.
    Leg press: 200x5, 220x5, 240x5, 260x5, 280x5, 300x5, 320x5, 340x5, 360x5, 380x5, 400x10. Muscle failure, I fell on the ground trying to walk away from the machine.
    Adductor and Abductor 3x10, 90#.

    Worked core today so I hit 500m sprint row, a bunch of KB work, including cross body snatches 3x10 per side, and 2 handed swings 20, 15, 10, 5, 41#. Did weighted crunches 3x10 with 80#.

    Close hand EZ bar curls. 85#x10, 105#x10, 125#x5, 145# 3x5
    Standard Curls. 50# 5x3
    Tricep pull downs with rope 45#x10, 50#x10, 60#5x3
    Tricep pull down straight bar 100# 5x5
    Standard curls 20#x20
    Wide grip EZ bar curls 145#x7

    Weighed in this morning and as I predicted my weight has started to fall. Came in at 185 and my abs are starting to come out. I keep giving myself protein poisoning during the working week so I've started eating a tblsp of chunky natural peanut butter after each protein shake to prevent it.

    It's kind of weird consuming huge amounts of fat and having your weight go down, but when you're eating about 230g of protein a day you have to balance it out.
