Eli is back. Surgery went well. He's now wearing a soft, padded version of the Cone of Shame.

The X-rays prior to surgery did not disclose any suspicious lesions or growths due to metastization . No guarantees, though.

He is one tough hombre. Doped up and hooded he still appears alert and is strong and active.

No pix at this stage. He'd never forgive me.

Think of a giant long-haired Dobie, or a huge hairy Ozzie cattle dog and you get the picture.
