    Greg, are you using protein supplements and if so, what kind? I'm finally getting to 1gr/lb bodyweight of intake, but the calorie count is still higher than I'd like for what I'm trying to do.

    just look for something that has around 30g per serving and 160-170 calories.. not a weight gainer Whey not soy.

    Dead lift 5x5 205lbs
    Dumbell hammer curls 5x5 40lbs
    single dumbell tri extention 5x5 70lbs
    KB curls 5x5 30lbs intermingled every other set with KB tri extensions 5x5.. same weight.

    40 min workout
