Never heard of that outfit. I can tell you the email that is shared on my FB account appears to be a source of someone fishing for info. If they read my public info they would not be looking for me as a security contractor.
I think - am not sure- the dept of state has a listing of companies contracted to do business for the US gvt. I realize there is some quality foreign work out there.
Be careful with your info.

Not true. Everyone and their dog checks the social network sights to do quick checks - including gov'ts

im a little confused as to what information you might be looking for..
AMISOM is an African Union mission in Somila.. that is largely funded by the UN.. it is NOT a US government operation..
ASHG is a hospital staffing company that has done alot of work for the US government.. and is owned by Chenega.. an 8(a) firm (Alaskan Native American Indian Owned) that is involved in several different service areas ranging from physical security to consulting and advisory type work.. they are a prety big firm, with a very wide footprint within the US federal government..
CHS Medical is a completely different company from ASHG.. they are also a medical services provider to the US government.. they used to have a pretty big relationship with NASA (hence their HQ in southern florida)... CHS does in fact run a couple of clinics in Iraq.. and they used to also have a presence in Kuwait.. but I think that is now a thing of the past (dont know for certain).. it is rumored that they have been having financial difficulties lately (again, I dont know this for certain.. but have heard it from more than one source).. and I know of more than a couple of people that have not been "happy" employees..
I would be surprised if either CHS or ASHG have a direct contract with AMISOM in Somolia.. The UN typically shys away from US based companies.. especially in Africa.. the African Union is not known for contracting US based firms either....
but I guess its possible..
Its not all that uncommon for a US company to partner with, or act as a subcontractor to an African firm or a European firm to get on board with UN contracts in Africa.. maybe they got their foot in the door that way...
Personally I would steer clear of Somolia.. and look for opportunities in other places in Africa if thats where you really want to end up.. There are some great projects standing up in South Sudan... and Juba is a much better place to be than Mogidishu these days.. (better living conditions, better amenities, better programs, etc.. but still very "austere")..
In short.. Somoila sucks....
