A well-rounded warrior should be able to make music.

What are your chosen weapons?

My favorite are these three:

My Alembic electric bass:

My Clevinger 5-string electric upright. This bass can level a building:

And my no-name German upright, with insane tone. I have this rigged with tape-wrapped strings, and only play it pizzicato for jazz, R&B, early instrumental rock, and blues. If I had to pick one instrument, this would be it.

I have a few guitars, but these are my favorites: an old Epiphone jumbo 12 string and a flame top quilted maple Fender Showmaster.

I have had the 12 string since my sophmore year of college and if I could only keep one, that would be the one!

The baby grand is my wife's, the dots are on the keys because the kids have started learning too.

This sits within arms reach of me most of the time. I've had if for 20 years now and it's the one I would chose if I was forced to only have one.

Some of us really shouldn't try.

Mine is on somewhat permanent loan to a band I was in, but this is my choice, or perhaps trade it in for the newest of the series:

Nice OP, a fellow bass player! :finger: :notworthy: :goofy: I have been playing for around 18 years myself, and through the years had assembled a pretty choice collection.

I am down to one now however, a workhorse Fender P (American, of course) with upgraded pickups.

Play a fair amount of acoustic guitar, a very smooth and sweet Guild.
