The types of contact we need are people that could get us into the Minister of Finance or the President. So these could be generals in the military, staffer for a minister of the government, member of parliament might also work.

The countries we are looking at are not Europe, North America, China, Taiwan, Japan, Australia, etc.

We are looking at African countries, Central and South America, Asian.
