View Full Version : Green dot sights?

I am color blind and have a real problem seeing red dots, red lasers, or any thing else that is red. I need a GREEN DOT holographic sight. Most of the higher end companies that make this kind of sight make only red dots or Trijicon also makes amber dot sights (at prices from $350.00 to $600.00 +).

Most of the companies that make less expensive holographic sights (about $150.00 or less) offer both red and GREEN dot sights. Has anyone rated the various companies on quality, features, etc.?

I want a holographic sight for my Glock 27 but I don't want to waste money on cheap, poorly made equipment that will fall apart from my gun's recoil.

If youre looking at an entry level rds setup for carry use, I would start with the Primary arms green dot for $75. The owner will warranty them for slide mounted use, and they will fit on any base for the dr optic/burris fastfire optics. I run a FastfireII myself, and have been very pleased with it.
