Army Lieutenant - Need help finding employment

Hi Everyone;

In March I'll be done with my undergrad and commissioned as a new Lieutenant in the US Army Chemical Corps. Unfortunately I found out this morning that the Army has postponed my reporting date to April 3, 2011. So I have over a year of time which I have to fill with outside employment.

I live in Dallas now, but I can move if the pay is right.

My background is as follows:
4.5 years Army so far. Attended Airborne school and Russian Language and Culture training.
Undergraduate: BS in Political Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology with minors in Military Science and Pre-Law.
Basic proficiency in Russian and French.
6 summer cycles of being a wilderness instructor for Boy Scout and YMCA live-in camps.
Summer internship at a county public defender's office.I would like to turn this question out to the WT community about what jobs I should be looking at, and perhaps if anyone here works at a place that would be looking for a person like me.

What sort of jobs would fit my qualifications and benefit from my background?

Are you going to be commissioned but not have to report until next year? Regular Army, Guard, or Reserve? When is your BOLC date? There are a lot of options. Give us some more info and maybe we can advise. Do you want a civilian job as a stop gap or do you want to get busy as a Soldier now?

Active Chem. 3 April 2011 is my BOLC B date at Ft. Leonard Wood.

I was primarily looking for a civvy job, but didn't know that I could work for the Army until BOLC especially since getting a Gold Bar Recruiter slot at my battation is extremely competitive. If there are other options from the Army, I'd be very interested. Please PM me if you would like more info.
