I found an SWD M11 9mm while I was browsing one of the local gun shops, they wanted $549 for it. That seems a little high to me, but what do I know? I'm thinking about going in and trying to talk them down, just wanted to see what ya'll thought. Also, are the magazines still readily available?

Although that price initially seems a little high, if you check Gunbroker or the other sites, that seems to be in line with what people are asking for them.

I saw a Cobray m11 at Cabelas today they wanted $419. It had a bump fire trigger device. To bad in WA you could not add a stock. The price seems reasonable.

Steve
549.00 is really high for an M-11. You can get a brand new Masterpeice Arms for much less and it is a much better made version of the M-11 than the Cobray.

After seeing the work you're doing on them Jim, I'm holding off. Besides, I can't do any SBRs in Washington State! Gotta get the laws changed or move...

Since Steve made the original post back in February of 2009, prices have dropped on SWD M11/9 semi's a little bit.
Today there are several listed on gunbroker, and prices range from $385-479.

I stand corrected sir I did see the OP's date. But honestly I have spent a lot of time with Mac's and the MPA guns are the best made and can be had for around 400+-
