How does one go about using a Form 1 to legally manufacture a short barrelled rifle or shotgun or suppressor?
Is it as simple as filing the paperwork, waiting for the stamp, and then firing up the chopsaw? :D
I want an SBS. Or two.

IIRC once everyting is approved and you have all your paperwork all the wprk must still be performed by a liscensed manufacturer.
