I just bought Pavel Tsatsouls "Enter the Kettlebell". It is full of all kinds on cool stuff. But it does not say how many reps and sets to start with. Any commits from people with kettlebell experience would be awesome.

Did you buy the DVD?

Start the pressing program with the ladder. Do 1L, 1R, 2L, 2R, 3L,3R. Rest and repeat. When you can do five series, go to four reps. When you get 5 series again, go t 5 reps. When you can get 5 series of 1,2,3,4,5,...Go to a heavier bell. Add in Chins, snatches, Tactical Lunge, etc and Turkish getup. The full program is in Pavel's book and the .pdf's you get for free.
