Good night here tonight. I usually prefer to fly under the radar in social settings. But I'm currently out of state, accompanying the XO in environs I don't normally frequent. We went to dinner at a Spanish tapas restaurant w/ another couple. Liberal city, liberal crowd, NPE. Izod-type city folks, the type of company and setting I normally eschew... but I love my wife. I wore Wranglers with an untucked button-down and ostrich boots. My hair was a little too long and I had a red dot pistol under my shirt plus a couple of blades. Sat there, ate, drank and conversed like I owned the place. Food was great, conversation was lively, I love Spanish wine, and I had a plan to kill everyone in the room if necessary, lol.

I was told that once by a lady in a group we went to dinner with.

"You dont realize it...but you own the room instantly when you walk into it"

I laughed...ordered another round for the table, leaned over andcsaid, "The false appearance of not realizing it is a superpower"

I imagine ifva group of us went to a dinner out the ambiance of testosterone in the room might make some people pass out
