A red letter day...

Some of you may know I had a couple stents installed in October of 2017 and one of the things I have been trying to do is get off of my BP meds. Today, I got the thumbs up from my cardiologist to drop my BP meds. I have to monitor my BP closely for a few days once the meds work out of my system but considering my resting BP last night after my workout was 101/62, I think I should be fine dropping my low dose of metoprolol.
