Well in 2012 I bought an SRW F350 to be able to haul the 70 bronco on a trailer and in the future buy a slide in camper so I can have both or take the camper hunting.

Fast forward to the begining of this year I finally came to the conclusion that I really needed a dually as campers are heavy. One I looked at with no slide was 2800# and my cargo is 3100#. I looked at used trucks, but they wanted about $7k less than a new truck. So several weeks ago I put an order in for a new F350 Dually with everything I wanted. As I was not going to pay 10-15K over MSRP I will have to wait 6-8 months

We also bought a Lance 975 camper.

Your better off getting new unless paying cash. New you will get better financing and a full warrentee.... I have a 67 250 4x at the yard I need to get rid of if you want a old one to match the new....

Depending on you tech skills I recommend a program called Forscan to make program changes to your new truck. It’s not a tuning program for horsepower.

I have paid for OBD Check Torque and one of our calibrating engineers recommended Forscan. I played with it a bit, but never really messed with it in depth. It seemed good to go, just never bought it.
