Hearing protection - Walker Silencer Bluetooth ear plugs?

I'm shopping for hearing protection and wondered if anyone has experience with Walker's Silencer Bluetooth ear plugs? With some mostly deaf older relatives and lots of years around power tools, I'm a stickler for wearing hearing protection so these will get hard use. Has anybody tried these and have an opinion they are willing to share? Thanks!
