I can see why you expressed an interest in .44 magnum revolvers :-)

Probably there most nights, checkin things out - sometimes with friends or family. Just the presence of the snow made you aware:) Stay frosty!

Right here is the reason my Tac14 became an Amphibian. Doesn't rust, and will kill anything on 4 legs in North America

That's probably the same big guy that we saw the tracks in the sand from a couple years ago.

For fast moving cats?
For fast moving cats?
Depends. Proactive or reactive?

I don't think it matters proactive or reactive. You will not get very proactive in our sense with these guys. Maybe proactive initially...and just ahead of the reactive edge. But I have written about this over and over.
What is the default ammo choice for the shotgun?

Hint - its not called a "Slug Gun".
Tracking. I was focused more on the platform than the payload. I'm not good enough to guarantee a slug hit on, say, a traversing cat in motion with a TAC 14.
A stocked SGN or braced TAC is what I'd choose given time, unfolding the stock or brace.
They live in my woods, too.
