This happened yesterday. I broke my foot. Feeling pretty good though...it has been 14 years since I broke something (record for me...it usually happens about every 10 years).

Anyway...my last go around I had a pretty good workout program that kept most of my body in good shape. I had a chair workout and a stationary bike. The neighbors have a bike I can use and I always have chairs, but anyone have any other lower body, not foot weightbearing ideas.

Order up a Body Blade online. Works the core and arms and won't take much thought to tailor a workout to your needs.
