I recently made a few purchases from Gabe and the crew at SI. I view these expenditures as tuition payments for the remarkable education I get here at WT...and I get great tools besides. What's not to like?

Just wanted to report that the SI folks continue to out do themselves. The service is always outstanding and the products are the best of the best.
If any of you younger guys are thinking of starting a business and want to know the secrets of great customer service, just do a few transactions with Mike, Josh and the other folks at SI and you'll see pretty quick exactly how to make a happy customer.

This has been my experience as well. If there was ever a problem, Mike is very personable and professional. SI customer service is as good as it gets. Its too bad more companies don’t operate with the same philosophy.

Never had anything but a pleasant and/or educational experience when calling in... Josh, Mike, Cheryl, Gabe, etc.

My recent interactions with the Suarez store and Mike were the same. Stellar customer service and great products. From a guy with not a lot of free money to spend I chose to spend it here not only for the top of the line products but for the exceptional service. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

SI Customer Service has always been fantastic. Tops. The best. Bigly.

I always go to SI first. On those very rare occasions when I need something that SI doesn’t sell, I feel like I should send SI a sawbuck just on principle!
