Although it's not boxing per se, Volume 1 of Jim Grover's combatives series has many hand strikes that he shows against the BOB target. They are much better than boxing, if you are looking for SD techniques. Also, Carl Cestari has an excellent bare knuckle boxing video. You can get Grover's from www.paladin-press.com (http://www.paladin-press.com) and Cestari's from www.close-combat-video.com (http://www.close-combat-video.com). Both are excellent, as are anything else Grover (aka Kelly McCann) or Cestari do. If you want more sport oriented strikes, Krav Maga's Basic Combatives tape has them. I ordered those off ebay.

This is not a strictly boxing training program, but try Bas Rutten

http://www.basrutten.net/html/mma_workout.html

He has boxing along with other martial arts workouts. A video demonstrates the combo's, and a seperat cd guides you thru the workout.

It is extremely demanding physically. It is also well put together and thought out.

It's good to have a plan.
