I have been CCWing my G17 24/7 since 1994, and it has been faithful.

Do a google search for PDW, Personal Defense Weapon, for the concept.

Great Most of us have similar results. Now consider some upgrades, like a RMR and a Suarez trigger and barrel. The differences will amaze you. You might even be able to take it off when you sleep, since yoou say you CCW 24/7.....Welcome

There's some cool shit out there, you'll have fun training like it's brand new.

Be careful though, the SI PDW is for most Glock models where the Roni-like stuff doesn't cross over to your other Glocks.

So maybe a dumb question.... When our stamps come back, how do you engrave a Glock?? Evo 3 no problem.... Glock? I have no clue!

Some people do it under the trigger guard, if you have room. Others put it down low on one grip panel. A trophy or sign shop that can engrave plastic can do it; engraved plastic is actually pretty common.

I am leaving my G17 stock. It is my CCW pistol.

Holy shit you're seriously coming back to this thread exactly 18 months to the day later? If this is a gag, that's what I call dedication.

ETA: Seriously, this is either a genius troll or crazy AF. Either way I kinda like it.

As much as I praise my G17, I have to admit that it is down for repairs. I have to sent it to Glock GA to get it repaired. Broken striker assy.

Sounds like a good reason to switch to something other than stock.

If you buy a Tactical Grade Firing Pin (https://suarezinternational.com/suarez-tactical-grade-steel-firing-pin-9mm-40/) from Suarez International you'll solve that problem without shipping your pistol.
