We used to have some threads like this, but it's been awhile. It was always fun to see good meals consumed by the tribe.
I'll start off with today's breakfast: steak and eggs. Make that a filet.

Didn't get a picture of my breakfast, but put me down for eggs and sausage and french press coffee. That filet looks quite delicious Winston. Well done Sir.
I am here to chew bubble gum and kick ass, and I am all out of bubble gum.

Dang, that looks good. I wasn't planning on photographing my breakfast but this morning I had some eggs over easy, with sausage and some organic Irish Whiskey-infused aged cheddar, plus my Coconut oil/butter espresso.

Dinner was OK, but not great for me tonight... a skillet hash with potatoes, onions, cabbage, garlic and sliced bratwurst fried in Avocado oil.

Anniversary dinner one day late thanks to work schedules.
Duck confit served over roasted white beans with sweet pepper chow chow, and a glass of Riesling. Upon hearing it was our anniversary the server returned with a vanilla bean creme brulee compliments of the chef.

Uncured bacon, Amish eggs scrambled w/ beef collagen and a little cheese (scramble-fried in bacon grease, of course), and a "cup 'o the black" (BRCC w/ coconut oil).

Sad day at my house. I only have one egg this morning! Good news is I have some left over tri-tip steak. And yes that is Sriracha on my egg. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160402/f278fb5bbcbe1bd915922d625df10806.jpg

This morning my 3 eggs were smothered in salsa verde, sour cream, queso fresca and sliced tomatoes. Yum.

I used to live in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Sure do miss "Root's" farmer's market.
