Anyone know an online reference site to look up rates by state and or county?
I'm starting to do homework on a possible out of state move to a dryer and more stable climate looking at the SW USA. maybe.
I'm wanting to do a cost of living study of a few areas.
As I look online I get a bunch of real estate sites and a mix of other stuff that makes me even more confused.

Do a google search for "cost of living comparison calculator". There are tons of websites to compare hundreds of different living costs. For instance if i move from Buffalo, NY to Amarillo TX fried chicken is 7 cents cheaper!

This is a chart that I produced a couple of years ago for the same purpose. I rounded off the numbers, so this isn't exact.
47633
Another for sales tax (averaged across the state, since most are local):
47634
And corporate tax:
47637
And finally, income:
47636
The income rates listed are only for the top bracket. I didn't include all of the lesser rates that apply in the tiered systems.

Thanks guys.
So far it seems like one of them "Six of One and a Half Dozen of Another" deals in general as far as moving to one of the other states I'm interested in. Utah, New Mexico and Arizona as they compare to Arkansas.
