I really liked the book, but I was a little underwhelmed by the promise to lay the basis for the American Revolution. I understand there are similar sentiments, but the author didn't really make it a priority other than mentioning that several founding fathers were smugglers. That said, it's a perfect companion to an iced glass of Pyrat!
