Howsit Guys and the Warrior Girls
I havent been really active on the forum lately. as most know, we had a lovely Warrior Princess added to our Clan. A Very Joyous Little Gift from Above. She is Wonderfull and Very Healthy.
Been taking lots of strain at work though....
My annual increase was a joke, powers that be, decided to link it directly to matters I have no power to interfere with. So I just actualy shook my head and carried on.
The plant had a major hiccup, because of repairs made by an outside company that did a sustandard Repair.
Guess who gets blamed for this? The Monkey in charge. Me.
I had no say in the repair or any other part of the Quick fix, I removed and refitted the broken part and re installed it.
So I get told to pay or face dissiplinary action. Decided on the later.
Fortunetly something else came up ( God provides for HIS Children, only reason) and I were able to resighn. Also more in my line, which is farming.
Bit stressed. Actually a lot stressed. Bit spaced out at the moment (not drugged, just struggling to make sense of most things and concentrate).
Havent worked out for awhile now and started smoking again( Dont worry kicking my own ass for both)
Not Bitching and Moaning. We are WAAAAAAY to Blessed to ever do that.
So another week and hopefully I can get back on course.
Just thought I would let you guys know.

Dankie Broer. I am good, actually great. Just worried about my loved ones. Things will turn out great I know, but I hold a lot of responsibality on my shoulders. Should actually just chill. One week. Think a beer or two tonight might take of the edge.

Cream rises to the top, and quality is always rewarded. Sometimes, God closes some doors so we are forced to go through the one He opens for us. Enjoy your new angel and be like the birds of the air, not worrying about things outside of our control.
Have you considered coming to America ? We need some more good immigrants.

Sending you prayers and good vibes. Do not stress (easier said than done, but trust in God and your own resourcefulness).
This stress is temporary. Let it flow around you ....

Hang in there brother. It doesn't always seem that way, but things work out for the best (God makes sure we're taken care of).
Congrats on the new addition to the family!

Congrats on the new family member.
Stress is no good, turn it over above.
New doors will open if it hasn't already.
You are part of a divine plan, trust in it.

A prayer your way. Teach the young how to plant and live off of the land. They will always be able to feed self and family. The problem with the USA is that you could give a man 10 acres of fertile ground and prime seed and he would starve trying to figure out how to use them.

I can completely relate to where you are at man. I'm going through some issues with job searching and it wasn't too long ago that I had gone nearly several weeks without working out consistently, old habits that did not help me rose up, and I was not happy with where I was at all. The hardest part is that first step. You know what you have to do, you just have to do it. It's a bunch of small actions that create the whole picture! Whether it's the picture you wanted is dependant on your actions. I just had to START. I started implementing small easy habits that would get me to those goals and while I did not see the end goal overnight it did happen! I've seen you around the tribe for a while, you can totally do this man! Keep us posted with the good results and I am excited to see where this leads for you!

Roll with the punches, my friend. God may give you an opportunity you wouldn't have had otherwise. Prayers sent for peace and wisdom, and that you won't stay on that sweet, sweet nicotine too long. Tough habit to kick.

Like the song says "when going through hell, keep on going until you get to the other side!"
I can commensurate on the job deal. The job I was laid off from when the plant stop operation came open again and my application was turned down saying I was NOT QUALIFIED to do the job I had done for 5 plus years (actually more like 20 if you count the part time).

Prayers out.
These are the times where we have to prove to ourselves and the world what kind of men we are.
Head down. Ass up. And just keep going.
We have never been poor but we were habitually broke for a long time. Poor is a state of mind. We worked for the life not the money.
