That is damn close to the superficial radial nerve. Hopefully the patient can still feel the back of their thumb web.

Edited to add: given the scarring I see distally, that nerve may already be toast from prior trauma.

Nerve damage is already existant and Sua's more than trained and capable. This wasn't the first rodeo for either of us.
