I would like to complement all you guys and the one girl I know about, for being such nice and good quality people. Its a joy to visit this forum. I have made quite a couple of mates here and whenever I post something, somebody gives his proffesional and sometimes personal opinion, in a decent way.

BM, There are many really smart & professional people here....you are among that group. Like I said before, we can learn from you and the incidents and lessons learned from what y'all deal with in S. Africa. So please share them as you have opportunity. Thanks brother, S.

Thanks for your posts. Your insights on SA are very interesting, I didn't realize it was that bad down there. Would like to hear more.
