View Full Version : Very Proud Father

Jon Payne

Jonathan Dakota Payne (my son) has made the Dean's List at Lamar State College-Orange for the Spring 2015 academic term. He earned this honor by receiving a grade point average of 3.4 - 3.9. It's important to note he accomplished this while working full time in a body shop. Yeah, that means hot in the summer and cold in the winter. My son is handsome, strong, hard-working, and smart. What's not to be proud of?

Smart choice...college to get ahead, body shop for a practical skill that drives an appreciation for hard work and perfection.

Congratulations on raising your son well. To work full time and make the Dean's List is exceptional and likely a sign of good things to come. Bravo Zulu.
