Smoking 95.5 lb of meat

So, this weekend is going to be one of the last smoked meat extravaganzas held in my back yard. I report to police academy in mid June for a major metro department. Army OCS boards in July.

There is just shy of 100 lb of meat in the fridge right now, seasoned as of last night.

20 lb chicken quarters
5 lb chicken thighs
6 lb roaster
18 lb pork shoulder
16 lb pork shoulder
8 lb pork butt
6.5 lb pork butt
16 lb beef brisket
total: 95.5 lb of delicious meat.

Anyone in the NE Ohio area that wants some free food on Saturday, PM me. Hah!
