Side A - Sitting on my deck on a 70 degree Sunday afternoon/evening having my last Cuban cigar from my last trip to UAE, drinking a Polish Tyskie beer. Those Polish folks brew a mighty fine beer. A whole chicken is slow cooking on the grill with a marinade of olive oil, garlic cloves, thyme, oregano, parsley, and chives liberally spread between the skin and the meat. About 30 minutes to go. Will serve with rice and steam asparagus and perhaps more beer.
Side B - The Other Side - The XO is in bed with stomach flu and will have Cherry Jello for dinner later this evening. What a shame but the chicken is fresh and never frozen.
Happy Spring Sunday to The Tribe.
That is all.

Nice! Hope your wife feels better. You need to repeat next Sunday when she's well...

Thanks guys. She is starting to recover. Fever broke and food is staying down. Appreciate the thoughts. And yes, I will repeat again this coming Sunday. Have a great week.

Sounds great. Compare that to ramen the night before a gun show, hahahaha

Sounds like your house is the place to be for lunch on Sunday. Hoping your wife can enjoy it with you next time.

Thanks Rick, it is a good place to be when the barbie is fired up. Looking forward to having you in KC in two months!
