Waterjet Cutting Machine Owner/Operators?

Anyone here own/operate a waterjet cutting machine? I'm considering purchasing a small local manufacturing business that makes an accessory for waterjet users and OEM manufacturers and would like to learn more about the industry from the owner/operator's perspective. If any of the tribe with experience in this industry could PM me and take 5-10 minutes to answer some questions as I do my research on this opportunity, I would greatly appreciate it.

I've seen the machines in other machine shops, I know they are not cheap and require very skilled operators to make them efficient. I know its not what you're looking for but consider it a jump.
