I run mine at least 5 days a week. We love ours.

Just got one Friday, cooked on it a few times, it's doing everything it's supposed to so far.

Man I was just thinking about these grills the other day. Snap a few pics if ya can. I think it would be my dream grill, that or the green egg.

I'm leaning toward an Xl green egg right now. Already have a smoker. The pellet grills have interested me

Boards don't punch back. The EGG is BBQ Magic! I have the large, and LOVE it! As I said, I bought a Traeger Jr BBQ on Friday just to see what it was all about, and so far I really like it. The pellet thing is kind of new, and it uses ALOT of them! Since Friday i have been through a 20lb bag of apple, and am working through a hickory now!

Outdoor smokers and grills are tools and its a good idea to know what you actually want to do. There is a difference between smoking, barbecuing, and grilling. There are tradeoffs in performance and price depending upon what you want to accomplish. The same as Gabe's earlier thread about purchasing a rifle.

Looks great! I am now through 20lbs. of apple 20 of hickory, and with tonight's chicken, I started on mesquite! These things are definitely fuel intensive!

WOW!

I've done more smoking and lower temp stuff than grilling, so I've not burned thru the fuel quite so fast.
