CMI currently recruiting for Tier 1 Operational Females. The Tier concept originates from Hostage Rescue Ability and has mutated to include all kinds of skill sets related to operational mission personnel.

This classification has been restricted to males only. Tier 1 training has been limited to combat roles involving elite military units such as the US Navy Seals and Delta Force.

The ban on females in combat has been lifted. The market is increasing and there is a demand for female tier 1 personnel. That being the case, it is estimated that even with the new US Policy allowing women in combat roles- it will still take an estimated 30 years to produce enough women with the proper skill set and operational experience to qualify them as tier 1.

30 years is a long time to wait if you are a customer wanting to staff a position with a tier 1 female.

CMI has acknowledged this dilemma, and wishes to capitalize on the shortage by creating tier 1 female operators in the private sector to meet the markets demand.

CMI is actively seeking qualified women who have backgrounds in police, security, military, EP, and other related fields who wish to expand their disciplined and skill sets with the desire to achieve tier 1 status.

CMI will invest in your training providing you with exceptional opportunity to be trained by elite forces from sniper training by former Delta Force, to maritime anti-piracy training hosted by US Navy Seals.

We focus on creating a multi-diciplined operator by heavily training each operator with several skill sets. Some of these include hand to hand combat skills from Israeli Special Forces, close quarter combat, intelligence gathering and monitoring, extraction and hostage recovery skills, air assault, rappelling, high speed vehicle operation, trauma emergency first aid, urban and rural survival techniques, IED recognition, explosives making and disposal, hostile interview and interrogation tactics, small arms rifle and knife fighting-- just to name a few.

You are expected to bring with you an attitude of excellence, strong team orientated mindset- and a personal want to be the best.

What makes a tier 1 operator is not just the skill sets, but the internal drive of a professional who seeks absolute perfection.

This can show itself in many ways. For example, if you have no experience in the military, but have trained to be an MMA fighter- you have the internal drive passion and dedication to put the pain aside and train to win.

This is the mindset we are looking for. This is what can not be taught.

So if you believe you have what it takes to be a part of this team, understand the historical significance of what this mission will require, have a warrior spirit, a never quit mentality, and the aptitude to fight we are looking for you.

This is a first of its kind opportunity to become shoulder to shoulder with the worlds previously all male military elite- and is not meant for everyone. This will require a level of dedication that is second to none. The reward is the honor and pride in ones self that you can achieve excellence in any mission objective that will be assigned to you, regardless of the danger or difficultly, the pain or discomfort involved.

Please submit your interest letter to windt.amanda@gmail.com along with a cover letter and headshot (a photo not a target).

We are excited to be the first company to build an elite team of females who will be handling some of the most dangerous and demanding field missions in the world
.
We look forward to working with you.

There always seems to be a truly large number of pretty girls bumping around claiming to be former Israeli Military or in some way connected. I often wonder what sorts of benefits are being reaped from running the profile of a "hawt" Israeli girl.

There are a handful of Tier 1 female operators in the US alphabet soup. I am not sure what CMI is trying to sell.

There are "groups" in the US that have been actively recruiting these women for years now.
Successfully, I might add.

With that in mind, I'm calling BS on this "ad" also. :yell:

Clearly you know-nothings are not the sort of Tier 1 MMA Operators that are going to be the next RainbowDeltaSEALs.Nichols tried to get me to join that group but I passed. If anyone is interested tough, he told me that meetings are every Friday night at 7 P.M. at The Blue Oyster. If you need a ride you can carpool with Greg. I guess , from what I hear, he never misses a meeting. Attire optional.
