Yum. Nice SCAR you got there E.C., I like the multi-tone look. Nice grocery-getter too!

Most guys take cover and reload during a firefight.......Poke calmly walks to his car and grabs a snack.

Fantastic! The brisket was even better and the steak was probably the best I've ever had.

My son's team lost at semi final basketball championship. Forgotten to feed the meter so I had a parking ticket. Meanwhile, Poke was eating and shooting his SCAR... where did I go wrong?

I am sitting at work at lunch checkin out Warrior Talk chowing down on some of the Ole Heifers grilled ribs and this pops up! Works for me!

Best brisket I've ever had in my life, hands down. They also had a few pounds of brisket cooked using beef from their prize cows which was surprise.

And oh yes... the steak...

I didn't see to many pics being made of the food but I did manage to snap one crummy pic (of my first plate) on brisket night.

That Bar-B-Q sauce was un-freakin-believable.... and I got the recipe!

The portions were certainly Warrior worthy. I ate three of those steaks Saturday night.
