Beef roast slow cooked for the last 24 hours with onions, garlic, pepperocinis, salt and pepper. Served on a hoagie style roll with provolone cheese and plenty of juices poured over for good measure.

This woman is going to make me gloriously fat!

Charcoal grilled rib-eyes with fried potatoes and onions, green beans slow cooked with bacon and onions.

Prime rib, Brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, green beans and of course three amazing J.Lohr wines. October Night chard, Tower Road and Carol's Vineyard reds.... Best of all my family shared this amazing evening with me.

Ugh. This was the WRONG thread to read while sitting in the airport!! Home cooked food is just a few hours away....

Wife and kids went out of town for the day so I made a very nice oxtail soup with portabella mushrooms simmered in red wine for about 6 hours. Cheddar biscuits and a mug or two of black butte porter. Ate so much it hurt.
